BMS-3020 Battery Online Monitoring System

BMS-3020 is a new generation battery monitoring system that communicate by mBUS that is a new mode with wired connection between VTC and battery sensors.  System adopts advanced conductivity measurement and analysis technology, with strong anti-interference ability, good consistency and high precision. It can provide a series of complete battery monitoring data, such as single battery conductance, voltage, temperature, and battery string voltage, current, and the ambient temperature, etc. At the same time, the system can accurately analyze the health status of each single battery and battery string , too.

ONE By ONE mode: real-time voltage and temperature monitoring for single battery and programmable conductivity measurement period provide accurate judgment conditions for battery SOH.

Special VTC module: which measures the string voltage, current and ambient temperature in real time to help understand the state of battery string much better.

mBUS wired communication:  patented mBUS serial communication technology, provides auto addressing function for sensors installation, reduces construction difficulty and saves cost. At the same time, it also makes the maintenance and battery replacement to be more simple and efficient.
